We want you to be happy with your choice of home and understand it’s a big deal moving, so aim to make this as simple as possible with the following process.

 

Moving in

 

One of our friendly team will greet you on your moving in date, sign your documentation, hand over property keys, provide a full tour and introductions to your tenants and provide you with our Known Lettings welcome pack. We will show you how things work in the property, and answer any questions you may have about your new property, or the area you are moving to.

 

 The references we require are:

 

• Proof of Income (Payslips for last 3 months, Invoices, Accounts, Accountants’ letter (as appropriate)
• Passport (original document must be seen) or Visa/other Home Office document proving you are eligible to live in the UK
• Bank Statements (past 3 months)
• Proof of current address (utility bills)
• Current landlord’s contact details
• Current employer details

 

Our Fees:

 

No deposit! We are one of the only companies that don't believe in taking deposits. Why make it harder for you to move in by paying double in your first month? You will however be vetted and signed up to a rent insurance policy which is covered in your monthly rent. 

A one off £199 (incl. VAT) fee applies.
